To improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary storage waste, many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and distribution facilities.

This model helps us:

1. Order Processing

Every order is carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 2–4 Business Days
  • High-Demand Seasons: Up to 5 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and customs processing where applicable.

Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Unexpected weather events, carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak shopping periods may affect delivery schedules.


3. Tracking Your Order

After your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
  • Initial tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a shipping problem.
  • Carrier scans and updates may vary depending on the shipping provider.

If you have not received tracking information within several business days after shipment confirmation, please contact our support team.


4. International Customs & Import Charges

For international shipments, orders may be subject to local customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or other local taxes
  • Any government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Gailvital™.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.


5. Changes or Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Correct customer information
  • Request order cancellation

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

We want every order to arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After review, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost whenever eligible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Gailvital™ cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts due to inaccurate information
  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout
