3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We encourage customers to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

- A defective item
- An incorrect item
- A missing item from your order
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Providing photographs of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
When verified, we may offer:

4. Non-Returnable Products

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend:

6. European Union Customers
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection regulations.
